Via an access to information request, Les Amis de Mont-Tremblant learned that 417 people responded to the Ville’s recent urban planning survey.
The six main sections of the survey were: the positioning of the Ville; housing; mobility; natural environment; tourism; heritage and identity.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the survey.
The Ville held two days of consultations and we participated in both.
Below you will find the remaining items to complete, which will be our priority for next year:
Spring to fall 2024: preliminary version of the urban plan and regulations;
Early 2025: adoption procedures including a public consultation meeting as prescribed by the Act respecting land use and development.
Despite the few improvements made to urban planning regulations, Les Amis de Mont-Tremblant remains very concerned about the future of our community; we call for stronger regulations to reduce density and excessive heights and to increase both the quality and integration of new projects.
