Two new legal filings:
Projet Vivo/lac Ouimet (9363-2529 Québec Inc) vs. Ville de Mont-Tremblant and MRC des Laurentides: one million dollars! A company controlled by developer Cédric Grenon is seeking to remove an interim control measure (RCI) on two lots at the site of the former Gray Rocks hotel.
According to the developers’ sales brochure, “it is recommended that a new 200-room luxury/upscale resort with an adjacent 400-unit condo project be developed on the Gray Rocks site.”
