An update about LAGO lac Tremblant:
Construction Kingsboro Inc. placed a $614,414.70 lien on the property for alleged non-payment of invoices. The lien affects all 69 units of the project: 32 units owned by developer Cédric Grenon’s numbered company and 37 units owned by buyers.
Construction on the LAGO site began in June 2020. The project remains unfinished, causing a constant nuisance to the lake. The Ville must address this matter urgently.
